| $3 White ballet flats & $1 swatch of Chiffon from Walmart + Tacky Glue & silver glitter |

| I mixed a little bit of silver glitter paint into the tacky glue so the base would be sparkly |

| Coated the shoe with glue then dusted with glitter |
 |
| Tied the chiffon into bows and attached them to the shoes with safety pins |
