Even though this Alexis dress is rounding out my week at Revolution, it was the first thing I picked up when I walked in the store. I am a print person. I will hear head to toe prints over a classic button up any day. This dress is vibrant and flattering, but couldn't be easier to wear. I paired it with these Dolce Vita python print sandals for a big a$$ pink pattern party, baby.

yesterday's casual ensemble lies this prim & prissy little thing. While Revolution does err on the side of more edgy looks, they are in Charlotte after all, and this has Carolina girl written all over it. The cut is classic but the etched fish print is different and interesting with fun details like pleats at the waist, hook & eye closures at the neck, and gold buttons down the back. This outfit may seem simple and demure but as you can see, with the addition of these floral and insect Ted Baker stilettos, it's made of mixed prints from head to toe. Pinkies up!

This week my boutique features continue as I shop my way through an ultra cool store in Charlotte called Revolution. As I mentioned yesterday, Revolution is stock piled with hot designers and they have curated some of the most buzz worthy clothes in the blogosphere, a la...these Paige tie-dye jeans. I love that this pair has a neutral color palette- they made for really easy print mixing. I was obsessed with this necklace as soon as I saw it in the jewelry case and it picks up the light teal color in the pants perfectly. And helllllooo -stripes go with everything so this slouchy Fluxus top was a big fat "duh," not to mention it was an exact color match for this adorable seashell ring. I was as equally partial to these 80%20 booties as I was to the necklace when I saw them on display, the print and texture are beatimous and the cut outs make them quirky and fun. Sold.

This week I'll be showcasing my favorite ensembles from a recent shopping trip at Revolution, an eclectic boutique in the heart of downtown Charlotte- the Epicentre. They've got all latest from top trend setting labels like Paige, Dolce Vita, & Ted Baker. The store itself is Urban and funky but as you'll see over the next few days, they've got everything from ladylike dresses to python print sandals. Don't live in the area? It's all available online!
Dominique has exquisite taste and has an affection for the finer things in life but also appreciates a good steal. Which is exactly why, like me, she's a fan of e.l.f. cosmetics. They're a fan of hers too, she's their current Girl Crush. Recently Dom came across this flawless face on Pinterest and realized she could recreate the whole look with e.l.f. products.
