Got me covered.

September 23, 2011

Today I watched a single solitary leaf detach from a tree and slowly spiral downward until it hit the ground while I yelled, "Noooohoooooo" ('no' in slow motion). That's pretty much the end of the story, but I wanted to share with you that right now Old Navy has really versatile & transitional basics for this "in- between" time when it's not appropriate to wear pink daisy dukes OR a ski suit. I'm for reals y'all, they have the BEST stuff in stock. I couldn't believe it, but I was acting the same way looking at their website as I do browsing Net-a-Porter- "I want it alllllllll! wah waaah waaaah." On though, I can actually afford it all. They've got me covered for the next couple of months while all the leaves make their way down to the street where they will turn brown and crunchy, and then get run over by cars and turn to mulch, and then blow all over my yard, and become a big pain in the ass. Note to self: take money I save shopping @ Old Navy and hire a landscaper. Holler if ya hear me, Kathy Lee Gifford! (I feel like she has lots of landscapers)
