ASOS Crew Neck Cableknit Sweater & Jewel Dog Necklace, BURBERRY Umbrella, GROWZE Vegan Leather Leggings c/o, TIMO WEILAND for TSUBO Royse Booties c/o
 Damp, drab, dreary wet weather is NOT my element. To a certain extent, neither is a sweater and boots. As you can see however, these aren't just any boots. They're fierce as $%&!, so I don't mind everything else being so simple.

 Not so simple...my NYE outfit picks today on District South. If there's a night of the year when more is more and over the top isn't far enough. it's when the dazzling ball drops.
