I've added purple and gold to my repertoire of holiday color combos this year. Green and red & blue and silver are fun thematic staples but there's something regal and luxe about purple and gold that also nods to the festivity of this time of year. Besides, 2 of the 3 Kings in my nativity set are wearing it, so if it's good enough for the birth of Jesus, than it's good enough for me! This is the first of the 3 ways I've worn the motif.
