I ordered the last one because it's a no brainer, and I grabbed this one on Ebay,

because I've been waiting for cell phones to hold cards as well- and again, at less than $3 it's a no-brainer.

I will probably invest in one of the pricier covers above (Dannijo!) and then use this genius idea I found on Pinterest to make my own:

You just buy a clear case (less than $1 on eBay) and then cut any print paper or fabric

in the shape of the cover and slide it inside. Possibilities are endless.

These cases are impressive and included all the price type,yet the design could not say perfect ones, such as the glitter case which apparently made on low class plastic, it could be much better if it is made of Al or Mg metal,which is also match better with the original iPhone material as you could see here:
