B SOUP: All I'd Ever Need.

I think of you often...

Painfully, I haven't bought anything at Zara in forever (2006!). The last time I did, I lost it. Literally. I got a really cute pastel military style jacket and an embellished neck trapeze tank at the 5th Ave shop to wear to dinner with a friend that same night. We ended up having an impromptu sleepover at a hotel due to too many sake bombs in Sushi Samba, so I had to use the shopping bag as a suitcase to carry out my new outfit the next morning. I hailed a cab, made my way to work, and NEVER saw the clothes again. Why?? Because I left them in the car like the genius that I am. I actually called the cab company to report my lost items and of course all I got was a howling laugh and "Fuggedaboutit" on the other end of the line. Needless to say, the next passenger walked away with $130 of my freshly spent money and perhaps something to wear to lunch. Ugh, 6 years later I still get so annoyed when I think about it. Well it's time for me to put the past behind me and become a loyal Zara customer once again. Although there's STILL not a location in Charlotte (of couuuurse) it recently became available online. I've been on Zara crack this month. I want it all. I think I could dress myself for the rest of my life with their summer line alone. It's mesmerizingly (not a word) vibrant and I had minor heart palpitations while perusing the site.
